This is a Nest Thermostat

Thermostat "Locked"?: If you turn the dial and the thermostat requests that you enter a password, simply wait about 20 seconds and this message will go away and you can then set the thermostat.

Simply turn the outer ring to set the thermostat to your desired temperature.

I would suggest closing the vents in rooms that you are not using. In addition, close the downstairs bathroom door as it gets quite warm and may result in the thermostat turning the heat off before the rest of the home heats up.

When you leave at the end of your trip please turn all the way down to 55 degrees.
